Let’s brainstorm now the names of two people for each of you, put them in asking order and decide who will invite them to be part of this. You have to guarantee at least eight and I’ll call the day before to get their names from you. I buy dinner and participate if you get eight.”
3. After the dinner with the eight, “In order to continue each one of you needs to bring two people with you next time for the affinity diagram exercise we’ll be doing at the high school. Let’s brainstorm now the names of two people for each of you, and decide who will invite them to be part of this. You have to guarantee at least eight and I’ll call the day before to get their names from you. I buy dinner and participate if you get eight.”
4. After the exercise with the sixteen: “In order to continue each one of you needs to bring just one person with you next time for the planning exercise we’ll be doing at the Wildflowers Bed and Breakfast. Let’s brainstorm now the names of two people for each of you, put them in asking order and decide who will invite them to be part of this. If this is going to work you have to guarantee at least thirty-two and I’ll call the day before to get their names from you. I will buy dinner and participate if you get all thirty-two.”
