Emotional Intelligence

There are many excellent books and articles on the latest brain research. I am by no means an expert. But I do love to read books on brain research, especially related to how it affects education and learning.

The thing you will find out if you start searching is there is a lot going on in this field. Way too much to keep up on for most of us.

Recommended books:

  • Teaching With the Brain In Mind, Eric Jensen (anything by Jensen is excellent)
  • How the Brain Learns, David Sousa
  • The Owner's Manual For the Brain, Pierce J. Howard, Ph.D
