Participants for WROE Module 4
Module 4 of the Western Region Organizational Effectiveness Training is quickly approaching. We look forward to seeing everyone in Denver, Colorado on January 8, 2008. Posted below are 4 articles we are asking you to read prior to your arrival in Denver. The articles are:

- Letter From a Birmingham Jail
- How Did You Get to Be Mexican? A White/Brown Man’s Search for Identity
The main components of Module 4 are understanding/managing change, conflict management/resolution and understanding/appreciating differences. These articles should serve as catalysts for small and large group discussions during the module.
In addition to the articles, please take a few minutes to review the following chapters from the Carnevale book, Organizational Development in the Public Sector:
Chapter 3- The Issue of Change and Chapter 6 -Conflict and OD.
